Our price guarantee – book early, pay less
With Titan HiTours, the earlier you book, the lower the price you will pay. If our prices are reduced below the price you have already paid (after any applicable discounts have been applied), we guarantee to reduce your holiday cost to the new price with an additional discount given of up to £20 per person. This guarantee is based on tour prices only, and does not include airline upgrade prices, holiday additions, extended stays or regional connecting flights.

Pay-in-full discounts - save up to 5%
If you are booking more than six months in advance of your holiday departure date, you can save money if you pay in full at the time you book your holiday. Please see the following grid to establish the reduction, up to a possible 5%. Payments must be made by bank transfer or cheque to avoid bank charges levied on credit and debit cards and must be received within seven working days of booking. Please note that reductions are made after any other discounts are applied. We reserve the right to amend or adjust our discounts at any time. Your sales consultant will be pleased to advise you of the exact saving and provide you with further payment instructions.

Pay-by-instalments
We also offer a pay-by-instalments service, allowing you to pay for your holiday by monthly instalments. The amount you pay is simply the amount after the initial deposit is paid divided by the time period over which you would like to pay. Advise your sales consultant at the time of booking and they will be pleased to explain the options available. Please note: Bookings made through third parties may not qualify for the pay-in-full or pay by instalments scheme. Our standard booking conditions remain the same for these services, so if you cancel your holiday outside eight weeks of travel we will refund all monies paid less your non-refundable deposits. Our cancellation charges remain as detailed in our standard booking conditions for any cancellations within eight weeks of travel.

Our 33-year price promise – no surcharges guaranteed
For the past 33 years, we have not added any surcharges to our holidays after our clients have booked. This is despite historic surcharges added by cruise lines, airlines and rail operators. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time; however, once you have confimed a holiday and paid a deposit for it, the price is protected and will not be subject to any surcharges.

If you are marking an important birthday or anniversary during your travels, please let us know. Complimentary special gifts are available on certain tours to help you celebrate, including an upgrade to the next available room category, cakes, fruit baskets and bottles of wine.

We are pleased to offer a new service for organisers of group tours: perhaps you are a society, friends who always travel together, a large family group, an association or a club. Flexible Holiday Additions – extending your holiday to suit you
Add an extra dimension to your next tour with one of more than 70 Titan HiTours flexible holiday additions. They are expertly designed to fit in seamlessly at the beginning or end of a programme, and to afford an appropriate amount of time to appreciate an extra destination. These additions are, however, fully flexible for your convenience. If, for example, you would like to spend five nights in Bangkok at the end of our Best of Australia tour instead of three, we can quote a price accordingly. If you have family in Vancouver, and would like to spend a week with them at the end of the Great Canadian Rail Adventure instead of our suggested three nights, it is easily arranged. Or, if two nights in Milan at the end of our Swiss Scenic Splendour tour doesn’t sound like enough time for the shopping you have in mind, it is a moment’s work to amend the extension to three.
