Titan HiTours VIP Home Departure Service® is the original and best private holiday transport service. Only Titan HiTours has its own constantly updated fleet of luxuriously-appointed, fully-licensed private hire vehicles designed solely to get our travellers to and from the airport, port or station in comfort and style.

Each vehicle is certified to the Government’s highest operational standards and comes complete with the latest satellite navigation technology, as well as radio and telephone contact with our control centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that we can pinpoint your home or nominated address easily and on time, and avoid delays and traffic jams for a prompt arrival.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to be picked up from your front door, you are welcome to nominate any other address, such as a local hotel, public house or supermarket. All we ask is that you provide us with the correct postcode and name or number of the address at time of booking, and check that we are legally able to stop outside. Please speak to one of our sales consultants if you are unsure.

Each VIP Home Departure Service® vehicle carries no more than six passengers, the majority no more than four. This allows luggage room (up to two large suitcases and one carry-on suitcase [or two soft holdalls] per couple), the space to relax and the minimum number of stops in your journey. Courteous and smartly-dressed drivers are carefully selected and monitored, many having now worked with us for several years, and we have an ongoing training programme which includes advanced driving instruction. On journeys longer than three hours, we include comfort breaks when we provide complimentary tea or coffee.

Occasionally, a private hire vehicle may be used, particularly on shorter journeys, when this will be contracted to an executive hire company known to us and wherever possible, equiped with the latest satellite navigation equipment.

Airports can seem imposing to even the most seasoned traveller, so Titan HiTours has always offered comprehensive airport assistance at Heathrow and Gatwick airport as part of its Titan HiTours VIP Home Departure Service®.

A team of helpful staff, easily identified in their distinctive Titan HiTours uniform, is on hand to meet you, organise complimentary porterage by an official Skycaps porter and assist you with check-in. On your return, our staff will meet you at the Arrivals hall and guide you to your Titan HiTours VIP Home Departure Service® vehicle.

Airport Lounge Access
We are delighted to offer airport lounge access, from the exceptional price of only £15 per person. Lounges are available at regional airports around the UK, London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and internationally at more than 20 airports serving Titan HiTours holiday itineraries.
